GAMESTOP TO OPEN “RETRO” STORES
GameStop recently announced its plan to overhaul several store locations into stores specializing in buying, selling, and trading retro games instead of new ones.
GameStop has had difficulties in recent years due to digital games distribution.
These GameStop Retro locations will offer old video game consoles, handhelds, accessories, discs, and cartridges ranging from Nintendo Entertainment System and Sega Genesis to later consoles such as the Wii U and PlayStation 3.

No word on support for systems before 1985 such as Atari 2600, ColecoVision, or Magnavox Odyssey, or more obscure systems or computers such as the Commodore 64 or ZX Spectrum.
