Georgia Mae Coffman, age 96, of Wartburg Tennessee passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 7, 2025. She was a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Hige Coffman; parents George and Edla Heidel; sister Vera Sexton; brother Herbert Heidel; niece Donna Sexton McCray and nephew Wade Sexton.

She is survived by her sister Elsie Murphy; nieces Sharon Brightwell and Marie Sexton; nephew Gary Sexton and a host of great and great-great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church with the funeral to follow at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor David Graves officiating. Interment will be at Morgan Memorial Gardens in Wartburg.

The family would like to thank the University of Tennessee Hospital and University of Tennessee Hospice for their wonderful care and support.
