Gilberto Perez, age 62 of Jamestown, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.

Gilberto is survived by his wife Donna Perez and their children Michael, Nathan (Tiffany) and Cheryl.  Grandchildren, Michael, Emerson, Dawson, Hunter, Owen, Carsynn, Chloee, Everley and Everett. His mother, Elva (Jose aka Pepe) Jaramillo; His siblings, Julio (Cheryl), Juan Jr. (Tisha) and Pearl. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He also leaves behind his first love, his ’57 Chevy Bel Air.

He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Pablo Perez and grandparents, Ismaiel and Refugia Perez, Ernesto and Consuelo Villarreal.

Jennings Funeral Homes of Jamestown is in charge of the cremation for Gilberto Perez of Jamestown.
