After thirteen months of playing catch and release with the criminal-justice system in Cumberland County, 36-year-old Samantha Jean Golliher is behind bars.

Monday, Golliher pleaded guilty in Cumberland County Criminal Court on two charges: aggravated burglary (a Class C felony) and theft of property over $2,500 (a Class D felony). Golliher received a ten-year sentence on the burglary charge and four years on the theft charge; the two terms will be served concurrently, with 52 days’ credit for time already served.

Golliher was represented by defense attorney Laura Dykes.
