The Loudon County Sheriff’s Department took 20-year-old Miguel Angel Rivera Gonzalez of Philadelphia, Tennessee into custody for aggravated rape of a child. Authorities say the victim was a 5-year-old female. Gonzalez was initially placed under a $2 million bond.
