The TBI arrested 33-year-old Tara Leigh Greene of Gordonsville for criminal homicide and one count of theft over $2,500. Agents began investigating the death of 47-year-old Wendell Wilkey Bennett after his body was found Friday on Thompson Hollow Road in Smith County. Greene was taken to jail and initially held without bond. No further information was initially released by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
