An employee of a cheerleading facility in Smith County, Tennessee has confessed to reportedly putting a camera inside a bathroom at the location and recording minors.

Andrew Wayne Halford was arrested for especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of unlawful photographing of a minor.

Court documents state Halford confessed to the owners of Smith County Elite Cheerleading that he had placed a black backpack, equipped with a GoPro camera, on a shelf inside the bathroom. Investigators say the camera captured video of girls changing cloths. Halford allegedly said he did it for the purpose of sexual gratification.

The victims in the video were as young as 9 years old.
