HARRIMAN’S FIRST ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS TO BE IN OPERATION SOON

According to Harriman Utility Board General Manager Candace Vannasdale’s report to the Harriman City Council on Tuesday, the electric charging station for EV cars is soon to be in operation in Harriman.

She said the charging stations behind the Burger Station in the midtown area of Harriman, should be up and running in the next couple of weeks if all goes as planned. They’re still waiting on some final technical issues to be worked out but hopefully, a ribbon cutting and opening should be scheduled by February 17th.

This will be the first electric vehicle charging station in the city of Harriman.
