HELP FIND MISSING VETERAN THAT SUFFERS FROM PTSD AND BIPOLAR DISORDER

The Algood Police Department (APD) is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 45-year-old disabled veteran.  Allen Jimerson III is also know as “Frisco” and he was last seen around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 11 in Algood, TN. On Sunday, Jimerson was reported a missing person from his family.  Jimerson has several medical conditions that could have led to his disappearance.

According to his family, he suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and bipolar disorder.

His cell phone provider confirmed that his phone was around Fisk Road in Cookeville, TN on Jan. 15. The phone is currently off or disabled.

Jimerson drives a gray 2008 Chevy Silverado with TN tags DV97671.  He has multiple tattoos: Cross on his stomach, “Sweets” on the left side of his chest, Fantasy, Derico, Malik, Allen on his arm and royalty on his chest.

Officers at APD investigated leads concerning Jimerson’s disappearance.  There is no foul play to be expected and there are several medical conditions that could have led to his disappearance.  If you have any information on Allen’s whereabouts, you are asked to call the APD’s dispatch at 931-528-8484 or call 911.
