Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers are searching for a suspect following a multi-county pursuit last night. It started after an attempted traffic stop on a 2020 Dodge Durango on I-75 for speeding. That is when the chase started heading into Anderson, through Knox and continued through Loudon and Monroe County. The Chattanooga state highway patrol office took over the pursuit once it crossed into McMinn County. The vehicle was found abandoned a short time later on Highway 68 but the suspect fled the automobile on foot.
