A man from Fort Wayne, Indiana has been charged with the rape of a 13-year-old Morgan County, Tennessee female. Officers say 31-year-old Aungsun Naywin is accused of meeting the girl on Snapchat and arranged a sexual encounter with her. Naywin reportedly drove from Indiana to Morgan County, picked up the girl, took her to a remote location, and raped her in the van he was driving. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the case.
