A Rhea County grand jury indicted a skating rink supervisor on sex crime offenses. Court documents state 32-year-old Michael D. Napier did sexually assault and inappropriately touched a minor at the Crystal Springs facility on Old Graysville Road between March of 2020 to March of this year. Napier faces 10 counts of attempted aggravated sexual battery, 5 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and single counts of indecent exposure and sexual contact with a minor by an authority figure.
