JACK THOMAS MARTIN age 75 of Crossville, TN passed away September 12, 2024. He was born November 8, 1948 in Rockwood, TN the son of Lamuel and Georgia Gamble Martin. He was retired from Lockheed -Martin as a Comptroller and he also proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Church. He was very active in the Pleasant Hill Community as he was a kind man with a giving heart. He loved to travel and enjoyed gardening and quilting. He will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.

He is survived by his brothers- Robert “Butch” Martin and his wife Marnie of Chattanooga, TN and Peter Martin and his wife Kimberly of Nashville, TN, twin sister- Nancy Crouch of Crossville, TN and a host of special nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his spouse- Gerald Lester and brother- Lamuel “Brockett” Martin.

Funeral services will be held Sunday September 15, 2024 at 3pm at Bethel Baptist Church at 244 Crabtree Rd., Crossville, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1pm-3pm prior to the service at the church. The burial will follow in Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
