James Austin Waldo, age 79, of Crossville, passed away July 9, 2020. He was born October 31, 1940 in Crossville, the son of Andrew J. and Dorothy M. Garrison Waldo. He is survived by his son: Tim Waldo (Leslie) of Hixson, Tennessee; daughter: Karen Nasco (Jaclynn Rhodes) of Hixson, Tennessee; brothers: Harley Waldo (Linda) and Clifford Waldo (Donna Gail), both of Crossville; sister: Dorothy Hamby (Glenn) of Grandview, Tennessee; grandchildren: Crystal White, Austin Waldo, Abigail Sisco and Ashley Sisco; and great-grandchildren: Lane White, Erin White, Ryon White and Nathan Seals. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter: Sandra Waldo; brothers: Jack Waldo, Robert Waldo and Ted Waldo; and sister: Eva Apathy. Graveside services will be held Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Harris Cemetery.
