Funeral services for James Edward (Jim) Blaylock, age 78, of Rickman, Tennessee, will be Sunday, March 17, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Goff Funeral Home, with interment to follow in the Harris Chapel Cemetery. He is survived by his widow, Norma Jean Phipps Blaylock of Rickman; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Timothy Blaylock, Terry Blaylock, and Greg and Sue Blaylock, all of Crossville; five grandchildren, Matassia Riley, Brandi Lefebvre, Heath Blaylock, Tyler Blaylock and Alison Blaylock; and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Goff Funeral Home on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 3 p.m. Goff Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
