James (Jim) Woodward, age 80, passed away on February 15, 2025 at WyndRidge Health & Rehabilitation Center.  He was born in Lewisburg, Tn on November 7, 1944 to Hoyle and Mildred Andrews Woodward and was a resident of Gainesboro, Tn.  Jim was a veteran of the Marine Corps. during the Peacetime and Vietnam War, he was a recipient of the Purple Heart Metal.  He was a member of the Kempville Chapel Old Time Methodist Church.  He enjoyed watching Westerns and cruising around in his Porsche listening to the 70’s music.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Woodward and three sisters, Betty Lasater, Marie Woodward and Judy Richardson.  To honor Jim’s wishes there will be no funeral or memorial service.   Celebrate Jim’s memory in your own special way.
