Jeffrey Ray Van Horn, age 44, of Spring City, passed away November 10, 2019 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. He is survived by his fiancé: Vanessa Essex of Spring City; mother: Nina Clack of Spring City; daughter: Kiary Van Horn of Rockwood; sister: Trixie Clifford (Tim) of Rockwood; brothers: Brian Van Horn (Anessa) of Rockwood and Frederick (Shanna) Van Horn III; step-daughter: Stephanie (Steve) Sparks; grandsons: Kadge Sparks, McCabre Sparks, Eghan Sparks, and Sawyer Sparks; and several nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements have been made.
