John Berdy, age 67, of Crossville, passed away June 26, 2020. He is survived by his wife: Toshua Berdy; sons: Kris Overturf (Dacia) and Nick Berdy (Jaime) of Greer, South Carolina; daughters: Valerie Shorrt (James) of Manchester, Tennessee, Veronica Wojaczyk (Chuck) of Wesley Chapel, Florida and Karri Berdy (Mallory) of Crossville; stepsons: Tim Rosse (Kayla) of Crossville and Darren Rosser (Marissa) of Port Orchard, Washington; sisters: Patricia Burge (Jim) of Zephyr HIlls, Florida and Delores Rosser of Crossville; and grandchildren: Malli, Kamryn, Shawn, Gabrielle, Natalie, Willa, Olivia and Addilyn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: John Berdy Jr.; and brother: Michael Berdy. Memorial services will be held Wednesday July 1, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10 until 11 a.m. prior to the service.
