Joseph T. Sapp, age 67, was born February 27, 1954 to Frank and Lillian Bolin Sapp in Crossville and passed away April 2, 2021 in Crossville. He is survived by his children: John and Joseph Sapp; 4 grandchildren; brother: Robert Sapp of Washington State; and sisters: Helen Moore of Las Vegas, Nevada, Ila Dalziel of Washington State, Millie Nichols of Crossville, Opal McCoy of Crossville, and Connie Melhorn of Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Lillian Bolin Sapp; and siblings: Iva Scarbrough, Virginia Cox, Leamon Sapp, Della Lathem, Nathanael Sapp, David Sapp, and James Sapp. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. central.
