A shooting in the Claxton community of Anderson County last night left a juvenile in serious condition. The incident took place on Edgemoor Road at Mooncrest Lane across from the Dollar General Store. The suspects left the scene before law enforcement could arrive. Investigators are looking into a motive for the act. No names have been released and the investigation is ongoing. More information will be released at a later time.
