Kathleen Langer, age 84, formerly of Lake Tansi, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Langer was born on Monday, November 20, 1939, in Waukegan, Illinois, to the late Harvey and Grace White Franks.

Ms. Langer was a Medical Lab Technician formerly working with Abbott Labs in North Lake, Chicago. She was an avid golfer and tennis player and loved all water sports and her animals. She, along with her family raised horses and owned Oak Ranch in Salem, Wisconsin. She also enjoyed playing the church bells.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Julie and Glenn Kanak of Warner Robins, Georgia; son: Martin Nadelhoffer of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin; grandchildren: Ashley Copeland, Mitchell Kanak, Alex Nadelhoffer, Amber Smith, and Kendra Oldham; and several great-grandchildren

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister: Barbara Montgomery; and brother: Harvey D Franks.

Her wishes of cremation are being honored with no services planned at this time.
