KCSO ASKING THE PUBLIC TO HELP IDENTIFY DECEASED MALE FOUND IN WATER

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public assistance in identifying a male found in the water last month.
On August 30, 2023, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Knox County Sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit responded to the 7800 block of Kara Lane about a deceased male floating in the water near some residential docks. The deceased male is white, possibly middle-aged or older, and has no identifying marks. He was wearing shorts and a tee shirt and had an electronic gaming device in his pocket.
