A Laurel County, Kentucky individual was arrested for murder yesterday after crashing a utility vehicle, which officers say resulted in the death of his passenger. The report indicates 24-year-old Jordan Obenauer was driving the UTV in the Wildcat Offroad Park when he crashed. A 17-year-old female passenger on board the UTV was taken to St. Joseph London, where she was pronounced dead. Obenauer allegedly admitted to drinking beer, wine, whiskey and a mixed drink before the crash. He was transported to the Laurel County jail. The name of the victim, who is from Barbourville, has not been released.
