Keri Lianne Parks, age 30, of Kingston, passed away November 24, 2019 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Keri was a graduate of Roane County High School class of 2007, graduate of University of Tennessee 2012 and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her mother: Glenda Parks; daughter: Samyra Denise Sligh; fiancé: Shannon Sligh; sister: Dianne Spicer; grandfather: Oscar Reynolds; special friends: Brooke Johnson and Brandy Hudson; brothers: Ronald Parks and Roger Parks; mother-in-law: Happy Brown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Kyker Funeral Home in Kingston. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. with the burial to follow at Roane Memorial Gardens.
