KNOX COUNTY, TN- This evening at approximately 9pm, Rural Metro Fire responded to a reported single vehicle car crash on Hill Rd in Halls. When crews arrived, they found one person had been ejected from the car and was in the roadway in critical condition. Crews immediately began treatment, followed by rapid transport to the trauma center. There were two other occupants, both suffering minor injuries.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office Patrol & Crash Reconstruction Units are on the scene of the single vehicle crash with three juvenile occupants on Hill Road at Griffith Road. They are investigating the accident and inform the public the roadway will not be back open until after 12:30.
