KNOX COUNTY NETFLIX REALITY SHOW CONTESTANT ARRESTED
Paul Preece Jr., a 51-year-old man from Seymour, Tennessee, and winner of the first season of Netflix’s survival competition show “Outlast” in 2023, was arrested on March 6, 2026, by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
He faces serious charges including rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, and attempted rape of a child, according to Knox County court and jail records.
Preece, who split a $1 million prize with two teammates after competing in the Alaska wilderness-based series, is currently held in the Knox County Jail on a $150,000 bond, with some reports noting conditions such as GPS monitoring upon potential release.
