The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of Warrants Officer Toby Keiser from COVID-19 for his Heavenly home. Officer Keiser recently rejoined the sheriff’s department after previously retiring. Sheriff Tom Spangler and Chief Deputy Bernie Lyon would like to acknowledge not only his faithful service to Knox County but to our country as well. Keiser served in the United States military where he received an honorable discharge.
