KNOXVILLE TRAFFIC STOP UNCOVERS ALMOST $1 MILLION IN STOLEN CHECKS

In Knoxville, Tennessee, a traffic stop on Clinton Highway on October 5 led to the arrest of 28-year-old Dontray Ligon, a U.S. Postal Service employee, after deputies discovered a large quantity of stolen checks totaling $972,051.63 in his vehicle.
