Larry Wayne Russell, age 72 of Harriman, passed away January 2, 2020. He was a member of Courts Of Praise Church in Harriman. He is survived by his wife of 51 years: Rosa Lee Solomon Russell; daughters and sons-in-law: Jennifer Larson of Savannah, Georgia, Teresa & Brian Pendergrass of Rockwood, and Rebecca & Melvin Blake of Harriman; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and two on the way; brother: Gary Russell of Rockwood; sister: Patricia Anderson of Friendsville; two special friends: Homer Julian and Dwayne Poland; and a host of many friends and loved ones. The family will receive friend Monday January 6, 2020 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor Nick Hill officiating.  Graveside services will be Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 11 a.m. in Rankins Chapel Church Cemetery in Oakdale.
