The Taqueria San Luis Mobile Food Establishment listed at 7094 Lascassas Pike in Lascassas, TN received a failing grade of 59 from a Tennessee Health Department inspector during a routine inspection yesterday.

Among the violations are no ANSI manager present; no soap or paper towels stored at the hand sink which was also inaccessible, meaning employees weren’t washing hands; employees were placing cooked meats directly into grocery store bags; improperly heated pork; opened jars of mayonnaise unattended on countertops; improperly stored cooked food; no thermometer in the fridge, as well as food in the fridge being above 41F.

A follow-up inspection is set to take place within ten days.
