Laura Ann Sparks, 57, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025. Laura was born to Lloyd and Linda (Selby) Miller on September 13, 1967, in Allentown, PA. Laura graduated from Danville High School, Danville, OH, and was employed in Fiscal Services at Knox Community Hospital, Mount Vernon, OH, for almost 35 years. She attended the Crossville First Church of the Nazarene. Laura married Emmett Gale Sparks in 1990 and they lived in Warsaw, OH for 33 years. When Emmett passed, she moved to Crossville, TN. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Emmett, her sister, Tracey Kohler, and her father, Lloyd Miller. Laura is survived by her mother, Linda Miller, her brother, Michael (Tony) Miller, nieces, Crysta Asberry, Bridgette Miller, Wryn Miller, Mattie Miller, Leonovi Asberry, and by nephews, Cody Kohler, Kainen Saville, and Fisher Saville. She was known and loved by family and friends for her friendship, sense of humor, and love for her Lord Jesus Christ. She is greatly missed. A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
