Funeral services for Lewis Counsel Adams, age 88, of Crossville, will be Saturday, June 1, at 10 a.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the New Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday, May 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. Survivors include widow, Ava Rosemary Foust Adams; children and their spouses, Marcella and Robert Dodson; Mary and Gary Barnes; Ronda and David Burgess; Beverly and Bill Sharpe; Marvin and Shelia Adams; Henry and Lee Ann Adams; and Tim and Stephanie Adams; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Crossville Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
