Linda Ann Hamel, age 74 of Crossville, passed away January 21, 2024. She was born January 20, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of David and Gloria Aho Holdman. She was a homemaker and was of the Protestant faith. She was also an active member of Fair Parks Senior Center in Crossville.

She is survived by her children: David Hamel of Romulus, Michigan, Julia Bordeau (Thomas) of New Boston, Michigan and Darwin Hamel Jr (Deidre) of Inkster, Michigan; grandchildren: Jeff Hamel (Cynthia), Felica Clore (Anthony), David Robert Hamel, Tyler-Jacob Bordeau, Christopher Bordeau, Madison Hamel, Jateya Udman and Mariah Udman; and great-grandchildren: Jaxson Hamel, Luna Hamel, Lindsey Clore, Leland Clore, and Lizabeth Clore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Darwin Hamel Sr.; and sister: Lila Needham.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 26, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Hood Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 1 until 3 p.m. before the service at the funeral home.
