LOTS OF RAIN AHEAD

Very heavy storms moved across East Tennessee last night bringing two and a half inches of rain to portions of Knox,Blount and Polk counties. Thunderstorms over the plateau also dumped up to 2 inches of rain in some areas. Showers and storms are likely every day through the coming week and could get heavier as tropical storm Fred comes out of the Gulf of Mexico. I will keep you updated on our stations on how the radar is looking and any storm information you need. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and stay dry!
