LOUDON SHERIFF’S OFFICE RESPONDS TO POSSIBLE TORNADO TOUCHDOWN

TORNADO UPDATE:
Deputies and dozens of other first responders are on scene in the Philadelphia area near Holt Road and Stockton Valley following reports of a tornado touchdown. Multiple injuries have been reported, with victims being assessed and transported to area hospitals. Storm damage includes downed power lines, trees, and debris.

Avoid fallen trees, storm debris, and unstable structures.
Do not enter damaged buildings until cleared by authorities.

The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office is responding to reports of a possible tornado touchdown near Holt Road in the Philadelphia area, Loudon County, Tennessee.

They advise residents to take shelter in a basement or small, interior room away from windows, avoid mobile homes and vehicles, protect their heads, and not drive through severe weather.

Over a dozen emergency responders are en route, with reports of a damaged structure and injuries. The Sheriff’s Office will provide updates as available.
