On Monday morning, Knoxville Police officers responded to find a deceased man along a section of greenway off Kingston Pike. The male appeared to be in his 50s or 60s. Police stated there were no signs of foul play, but an autopsy is expected to determine the cause of death.

Knoxville Police Department investigators are working to identify the man.
