Monday evening, Crossville city officers responded to Davidson Court after a woman called dispatch when she observed two people naked in the field behind her house being “active”. She said once the subjects saw her, they ran back behind some pine trees.

When officers arrived, they observed footprints in the mud and heard the rustling of leaves and limbs in a thickly wooded area. The officer then saw a subject run and the two officers ran after the man in an open area and into another patch of dense woods. When the officers were able to catch the subject, he was identified as 30-year-old Ian Morin.

According to the police report, Morin told them he wasn’t running from law enforcement, he was just working out. However, it was reported he was only wearing jogging pants and no shoes.

Ian Morin was arrested for Evading on foot. The other subject scene by the resident was not found. Morin denied anyone being with him.
