MAN SHOT AND KILLED AFTER FORCING HIS WAY INTO A HOME IN LENOIR CITY
According to Lenoir City Police, one man was found shot and killed Tuesday after trying to force his way into two different residences. After officers got a call about the first disturbance, they were notified the male had tried to force his way into another home where he was shot multiple times.
Michael Owen, age 20 was identified as the intruder. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses say Owen was acting erratically before the shooting and claimed that he may have been under the influence of an unknown substance. The body has been sent for an autopsy.
