(BREAKING NEWS) – Law enforcement in Loudon County arrested 31-year-old Devin Demascus McGuire around sunrise this morning. He is accused of firing multiple rounds from a high-powered rifle at Lenoir City police and Loudon County deputies last night during a pursuit hitting their patrol vehicles multiple times. McGuire was reportedly found hiding in a garage off of Highway 11. McGuire, who has a lengthy criminal history, was taken to the Loudon County Detention Facility charged with multiple counts of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping.
