Marcella Ann Hill, age 80 born October 30th, 1943,  went to her heavenly home Thursday October 24, 2024, peacefully passing at home with her family by her side.

Marcie was a long-time resident of Oliver Springs and was born and raised in Rockwood, TN. She a 1960 graduate of Rockwood High School.

She lived most of her adult life in the state of Georgia. She was of Baptist faith and attended church at Beech Park Baptist.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Marcie is preceded in death by her Mother Mary Gunter, Children Billy Rex Hill Jr., and Loretta Lynn Hill. Granddaughter Bristol Lynn Bailey and son in law Mike (Bear) Truitt.

She is survived by her daughter Melissa Truitt, bonus daughter Tammy (Donald) Gardner. The family of Imogene and Bob Hill, her Best Sister Dean Burnette of Georgia.

Grandchildren BB & (Char-Lee) Bailey, Rachel Bailey, Jessica Gardner, Cory (Emily) Gardner,

Mandi (Eric) Frady, Justin Hill, Timmy Truitt.

Great Grandchildren; Leah and Shelby Weir, Brianna and Billy Bailey, Johnathan Gardner, Jace and Wyatt Gardner, Jacob and Dakota Frady.

A host of other family and friends.

She will be deeply missed and always loved.

Revelations 21: 3-4

(3) And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.

(4) ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Visitation will be held on Saturday October 26, 2024 from 11 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  with funeral service  at  12:00 p.m. officiated by pastor Robbie Leach, at Jackson Funeral Home and Cremation in Oliver Springs, Tn.

Interment at the Piney Baptist Cemetery in Oakdale, Tn . at 1:30 p.m.
