Marilyn Rose Elkins, born August 7, 1933 of Kingston, TN entered her eternal rest on August 21, 2026 at home.

Marilyn was a loving wife, devoted mother, sister and friend. She was a longtime member of Kingston Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by her parents; Carrie and Bennie Williams of Old Hickory, TN, husband of 63 years Jack Elkins and several sisters and brothers.

Survived by her four sons; Jackie Elkins of Kingston, TN
Kenny (Vickie) Elkins of Okeechobee, FL
Gary (Micquette) Elkins of Bybee, TN
Tim Elkins of Kingston, TN
Grandchildren; Derek, Jared and Brandon Elkins, Kiersten Elkins, Emily Houston and 7 great-grandchildren.
Special friends; Eleanor Nunn, Barbara Lucas, Patricia Phillips, Cheri Lane and Rhonda Cochran.

Entombment service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Kingston Memorial Gardens mausoleum with Minister Danny Nunn officiating. The Elkins Family will receive friends following the service at Kingston Church of Christ; 1204 S. Kentucky Street, Kingston, TN 37763. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Kingston Church of Christ. Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston is serving the Elkins Family.
