MARSHA LORRAINE BEAN, AGE 56
Marsha Lorraine Bean, age 56 of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home, Friday, February 1, 2019, after a brief struggle with cancer.
Marsha was born on November 1, 1962, in Crossville, Tennessee, to Carolyn Hassler Hedgecoth of Big Lick and Jay Cee Hassler of Crab Orchard. She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church of Big Lick. She graduated from Cumberland County High School in 1981.
Marsha married Thomas (Tommy) Carlisle Bean on May 20, 1993. The couple opened a real estate office, Bean & Associates, where Marsha served as office manager and an agent. The couple adopted many animals from animal shelters throughout the years and Marsha was a fierce advocate for animals.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 5, 2019. from 5 to 7 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, February, 6, 2019 at 10 a.m. with burial to follow in Crossville City Cemetery.
Friends are asked to make donations to the Crossville Animal Shelter, an organization that supports the animals she loved.
