Funeral services for Melissa Kay Womack, age 45, of Sparta, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, August 23, 2019 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. The family will have friends from noon until 2 p.m. the day of the service at the funeral home. Survivors include husband: James Womack; sons: Hayden Hefner and Jacob Womack; mother: Debra Hall; brother: Bobby Jack Farley, Jr.; and sister: Bobbi Kapril.
