METH OFFENDERS SENTENCED TO TDOC CUSTODY

On March 6, 2023, Wesley Adam Harding, of Jamestown and Danny Lee Coleman of Clarkrange, entered guilty pleas in Fentress County Criminal Court and were sentenced to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody by Fentress County Criminal Court Judge Zachary R. Walden.
Wesley Adam Harding pled guilty to the Sale and Delivery of Methamphetamine over .5 grams, Possession of Methamphetamine over .5 grams with intent to Sale, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 10 years to serve in TDOC custody. These offenses were investigated by Lance Stephens and Anthony Gunter of the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney General Philip A. Kazee.
Danny Lee Coleman pled guilty to the Sale of Methamphetamine over .5 grams, Possession of Methamphetamine over 26 grams, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, Introduction of Drugs Into a Penal Facility, and a series of misdemeanor offenses. He was sentenced to 14 years to serve in TDOC custody. These offenses were investigated by Anthony Gunter and Lance Stephens of the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney General Philip A. Kazee.
