Crossville started Sunday with 31 degrees and it will be in the 30s for your start on Monday but a sunny and warmer day will follow and I see Monday afternoon topping out between 65 and 70 degrees. The clouds will increase Tuesday and rain will arrive by Tuesday night and showers will continue into Wednesday. Sunday may have been the first day of spring but I see another cool spell from Thursday through Sunday with highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s. It looks like another good warming Trend will come for the last few days of March and the beginning of April
