MONTEREY APPROVES $87,830 BID TO REPAIR DAMAGED I-40 LIGHTING
Monterey officials voted yesterday to move forward with a project to restore interstate lighting at exits 300 and 301, following a 5-2 board decision on Monday night.
The $87,830 repair project will fix damage caused by motor vehicle crashes and construction companies. Funding for the initiative will be drawn from the state street aid fund, with payments spread across four quarters over two fiscal years.
