MORRISTOWN POLICE SEARCH FOR SUSPECT IN HIT AND RUN CRASH INVOLVING PEDESTRIAN
Morristown police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a hit-and-run crash Saturday night involving a pedestrian.
Police say a pedestrian was crossing East Morris Boulevard near Terrace Lane, in the vicinity of Olive Garden, about 9:30 when he was struck by an eastbound Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
According to a press release issued by the police department, the truck sustained damage to the left side mirror. Investigators believe the truck is likely a 1999 to 2002 model.
The victim was taken to U.T. Medical Center.
