A multi-vehicle crash took place on Interstate 40 eastbound in Roane County at mile marker 356, reported at 2:15 p.m. today, leading to the complete closure of all eastbound lanes and triggering traffic congestion.
Emergency responders from the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) and local authorities are on the scene. Travelers are advised to seek alternate routes such as State Route 61 or U.S. Highway 70.
