Roane County- Monday night several law enforcement officers and emergency vehicles were dispatched to a car that flipped onto its side on Abel’s Valley Road in the 1100 block just before 11 PM.  Ambulance attendants did inspect a female patient at the scene but reportedly refused transport to the hospital.

No other injuries were reported. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating.
