Noel Brewer, age 40, was born on December 28, 1983, to Randy and Renita Qualls in Crossville. She passed away on March 20, 2024, in Crossville.

Noel was very creative and loved to put that creativity to use. She loved to paint, draw, and even write poems. She also loved everything about nature and the outdoors.

She is survived by her husband: Christopher Brewer; their dog: Rip; parents: Randy and Renita (Lack) Qualls; siblings: Syreeta Henry, Kayla Henry, Brittany Henry, Robin Qualls, and Brandon Qualls; Aunt Gigi (Regina Lewis); very special nephew: Blaise Stokes; great-nephew: Daxten Stokes; mother-in-law: Laurie Lockett; and a host of other nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2 until 4 p.m., with the service to follow with Mike Garrett officiating.

Instead of flowers, donations can be made to Crossville Memorial Funeral Home to go towards her funeral expenses.
